1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gliderus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Gliderus may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on gliderus.com. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Gliderus is a free web-based tool that helps users generate, check, and explore WhatsApp username ideas. The service may use information you provide, such as a brand name, personal name, tone, or keywords, to suggest possible usernames.

Gliderus is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their affiliates.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Gliderus only for lawful purposes. Permitted use includes generating username ideas for personal profiles, businesses, groups, channels, and other legitimate naming needs.

You must not use Gliderus to impersonate another person or brand, mislead others, infringe intellectual property rights, submit unlawful or harmful content, create spam or abusive accounts, bypass security or rate limits, scrape or mass-harvest results, interfere with the service, or violate WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party terms.

4. User Inputs and AI Processing

You are responsible for the information you submit to Gliderus. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or anything you do not want processed by the service or its providers.

Some suggestions may be generated with help from third-party AI providers. Your submitted brand/name, tone, and keywords may be sent to those providers to generate results.

Generated suggestions are informational only. They may be unavailable, inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive, infringing, or inconsistent with WhatsApp or Meta rules.

5. Username Responsibility

You are solely responsible for checking whether any username is available, appropriate, lawful, and allowed by the platform where you intend to use it.

Gliderus does not create WhatsApp accounts, reserve usernames, guarantee availability, verify trademark clearance, or promise that any suggestion can be used safely or exclusively.

6. Intellectual Property

The Gliderus service, website, software, design, text, branding, and related materials are owned by Gliderus or its licensors.

You may use username suggestions generated for you, subject to these terms and applicable law. Gliderus does not claim exclusive ownership of generated suggestions and does not grant you exclusive rights in any suggestion.

7. No Warranty

Gliderus is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that username suggestions will meet your needs.

WhatsApp, Meta, AI providers, and other third parties may change their platforms, rules, systems, or availability at any time, which may affect how useful or accurate the service is.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gliderus, Gliderus, and their operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any generated suggestion.

You use Gliderus and any username suggestion entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed 100 US dollars.

9. Third-Party Services

Gliderus may rely on or link to third-party services, including AI providers and platforms operated by WhatsApp, Meta, or others. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or decisions.

10. Privacy

Your use of Gliderus is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Termination

Gliderus may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Gliderus at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe the service is being misused or these terms have been violated.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of Gliderus shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where Gliderus operates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
